The location was quite convenient for exploring Santiago, and I enjoyed a delightful breakfast each morning. However, the level of noise from neighboring rooms and the inadequate service left much to be desired, especially when it came to basic requests.

I had a pleasant stay overall with lovely and clean rooms and very helpful staff who were warm and welcoming. The location was fantastic, allowing me to explore the neighborhood easily. However, I did face a few hiccups with the towel changes and some minor maintenance issues, though they were addressed promptly. I found the dining experience enjoyable but could use more variety in terms of options.
