I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the room was clean and provided all necessary amenities, it felt a bit dated and lacked proper air conditioning, making things uncomfortable at times. The location was quite convenient for exploring Santiago, and I enjoyed a delightful breakfast each morning. However, the level of noise from neighboring rooms and the inadequate service left much to be desired, especially when it came to basic requests.
